We are building the world’s first serial production facility for wooden wind turbine towers. Towers over 150 metres tall, designed for the most powerful onshore turbines on the market.
Our tower technology uses laminated veneer lumber, an engineered wood product with a unique composition. Over ten years, the facility will manufacture approximately 1,500 towers, avoiding around 18 million tonnes of CO2 equivalent. The installed turbines would generate an estimated 29,000 GWh of renewable energy every year. Enough to power 7.3 million average EU households.
